We were delighted to celebrate Mother’s Day at Burton Hathow with a series of thoughtful and creative activities across the school.

From Nursery through to Year 6, all children took part in special art sessions where they designed and created beautiful floral tote bags. Each one was unique, showcasing the children’s creativity and care, and we are sure they will be treasured gifts at home.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming families to our Lower School Mother’s Day Tea Party. It was a lovely occasion where children and their guests enjoyed sandwiches, tea, and cake together in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Alongside this, there were a range of engaging activities for families to take part in, creating special moments and lasting memories.

In our Lower School forest enrichment. The children created ‘Love Monsters’ using wood and nails inspired by the book Love Monster. They showed great independence and resilience while carefully designing and making their creations in the forest.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate and say thank you, and we hope all our families had a truly special Mother’s Day.
