We were delighted to welcome Tango the horse to Burton Hathow for a very special visit that provided a wonderful learning experience for children across the school.

Pupils had the opportunity to meet Tango and learn more about how we care for animals, including the importance of providing them with the right food, exercise, grooming and attention. The visit also helped children understand the important role that vets play in keeping animals healthy and supporting their wellbeing.

One of the highlights of the visit was the opportunity for children to carefully brush Tango, helping them to develop confidence, kindness and a greater understanding of how to interact safely and respectfully with animals.

The visit was a fantastic opportunity to bring learning to life and inspire curiosity about the natural world. A huge thank you to Tango and his handlers for giving our children such a memorable experience.
