Our Young Voices choir had an absolutely unforgettable experience at the Utilita Arena Sheffield this week!
After arriving and taking their seats among thousands of other pupils, the children took part in a full arena rehearsal alongside schools from across the country. The atmosphere was electric as voices filled the arena and the scale of the event truly began to sink in.
Following the rehearsal, it was time for the main performance. What a performance it was! Singing as part of the incredible Young Voices concert, our pupils rose to the occasion with confidence, enthusiasm and huge smiles throughout. A big thankyou to Mrs Payne and Mrs Nowell for helping the children learn their performances and organising the event. Also we would like to thank Mr Oldifield and Mrs Mcdonnell for supporting on the trip.
Every single child represented Burton Hathow brilliantly. Their behaviour, energy and pride in being part of such a special event was wonderful to see. They returned tired but absolutely buzzing with excitement, full of stories from an evening they will remember for years to come.
We are incredibly proud of them all – a fantastic achievement! 🎶
